How will I feel after a treatment?
This depends on every individual. It is common following an holistic treatment that you may feel very drowsy, thirsty, tired and achy. You may find you have a more frequent need to go to the toilet. This is not unusual and is nothing to worry about; your body is healing itself. If you feel any of these symptoms for longer than 24hrs please give us a call.
Can anyone have a treatment?
Anybody of any age can benefit from an holistic treatment. If you are under 16, I will require parental consent or an adult can be present during your treatment. There are certain conditions which may need medical permission first, we will discuss these with you before you visit us.
As with all holistic treatments I do not treat women in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Do I have to undress for a treatment?
Reflexology will just require you to remove your shoes and socks, as will a pedicure. You will remain fully dressed for Hopi Ear Candling. Indian Head Massage involves a shoulder massage so it is up to you and whatever you are most comfortable with.
How long should I have in between treatments?
Excluding Hopi Ear Candling most treatments should have a gap of 7 days before the next one.
I really liked the products you used during my treatment, where can I get them?
We always use the best professional products on the market, but also ones that are affordable for our clients so they can enjoy them too. We are currently working on our online shop, where you will be able to purchase products we use along with many more gifts.
I know a friend/relative who would love a treatment but I am not sure which one?
We are available most days and evenings to help with any questions you may have. We have answerphones available on both our landline and mobile phone, if we cannot answer straight away.
Our email account is checked frequently and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. We can therefore discuss the needs of clients and advise you of an appropriate treatment.
