Sereno Holistic Therapies was established in 2005 by Claire Mitten & Liam Tandy. At Sereno we create a relaxing and serene environment and our fully qualified therapist provides a professional service at all times. Our treatment room is the perfect place to escape and unwind enabling you to fully benefit from the treatments we provide.
At Sereno we specialise in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear candling along side our new treatment Crystal Mud Foot soak and massage.
Alongside the holistic treatments Sereno also offers a number of beauty treatments including Pedicure and Manicure.
Therapist & Owner
After 6 years in the Insurance Industry Claire decided to follow her passion of holistic therapies and trained to become a therapist. She studied at GLOSCAT where she achieved a VTCT Diploma in reflexology and Indian head massage. VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust) is one of the leading examining boards in the Beauty & Holistic Therapy Industry. Claire has also achieved a certificate in hopi ear candling from Susan Molyneux. Recently Claire has qualified in pedicure & manicure through Hayden Health & Beauty Training Academy.
Claire has been treating clients for many years now all of who have benefited immensely from her treatments.
Claire is registered with BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology)
